The inspiration for the IC collection came from a video of a contact juggler spinning spheres. Anastassiades wanted to capture the moment when the ball looks perfectly still at the edge of the juggler’s fingers.
Materials: A mouth-blown opal glass diffuser provides a soft, warm glow. The frame is made of high-quality steel or brass.
The Name: "IC" refers to the Identity Code used by the UK Home Office to evaluate immigrants, a nod by the Cyprus-born designer to the concept of being "balanced" between cultures.
